February Program: Bonsai

Master Gardner Vicki (Peterson) Thomas (She and Rosemary were in the
same Master Gardner class) will teach us how to create bonsai. If
you’d like you can just watch the demonstration, but it’s always more
fun to get your hands a little dirty.

What you will need to bring is a bonsai pot (low sided dish/pot with a
hole) and clippers.

Vicki will bring Juniper plants for those who want to do their own. It
will cost a whopping $5.50.

The other supplies will be provided. If you don’t want to get dirty,
just come and learn. I do ask that you let me know if you plan to come
and if you plan to get dirty making your own bonsai.
